From Uganda's "New Vision" (also reprinted on allAfrica)...
OVER 350 Sudanese refugees from Kyaka refugee camp in Kyenjojo district were repatriated to Sudan last week. Emanuel Turyagenda, the commissioner in charge of refugees in the office of the Prime Minister, said [that] many refugees were reluctant to return home.
“The refugees wanted to leave with their cows and furniture, yet transport for such items was not available,” Turyagenda said.
He added that more refugees will be repatriated next week from Kyangwali settlement camp in Hoima and Kiryandongo camp in Masindi district.
Turyagenda clarified that the exercise was voluntary.
Early this month, over 450 refugees were repatriated from the Kiryandongo refuge camp to Sudan.
